If you’re visiting this website, then odds are you’ve received an invitation to join the OPM Wealth platform, either through direct contact with a long-lost distant relative or through social media.

Regardless, before you go and spend a single cent on investing in your future, you need to make sure that the investment platform is reliable.

So, is OPM a scam? Or is it a high-risk high-ticket MLM company? This review will settle any disputes about OPM Wealth once and for all.

What Is OPM Wealth?

  • Name: OPM Wealth
  • Website: opmwealth.com/opm-wealth/
  • Owners: Unknown Founder, Stefan Dessalines (Frontman)
  • Price: Starting from $2,000
  • Rating: 2/10

OPM stands for Other People’s Money. From its name alone, you can correctly presume that you use money pooled from other people or users to create an income for yourself.

OPM is a high-ticket franchise, sort of like a cash gifting system, that supposedly lets you make a six-figure salary within as little as three months. That’s an immensely bold claim, but let’s see what the owner/founder has to say about this.

Oh, that’s right. The owner/founder is unlisted anywhere. Instead, there’s a person named Stefan Dessalines who acts as the frontman of the OPM Wealth. He works as the company’s main marketer and can be found in all of OPM’s promotional videos.

In any case, OPM’s platform seems pretty simple at first glance. It pretty much meets the cookie-cutter requirements of simple, unpopular MLM companies looking to jazz its business up with cryptocurrency.

What Does OPM Wealth Offer?

One thing I look for when reviewing MLM companies is to see whether it offers a real, tangible product with intrinsic value. OPM, unfortunately, does not.

Instead, what you get upon joining is access to a 17-step video series that shows you how to begin making money. Here are the videos’ titles in order.

  • Step 1. Digital Franchise
  • Step 2. (OPM) Other Peoples Money
  • Step 3. Great Credit
  • Step 4. The Truth About Money
  • Step 5. Time Management
  • Step 6. Crypto Basics
  • Step 7. Trading Cryptocurrency
  • Step 8. Paradigm Shift
  • Step 9. Power of Systems
  • Step 10. Compensation
  • Step 11. Laws of Life
  • Step 12. Keep More Money
  • Step 13. 7 Steps to Financial Freedom
  • Step 14. 20 Rules of Money
  • Step 15. The Power of Mindset
  • Step 16. Financial Independence – Part 1
  • Step 17. Financial Independence – Part 2

As you can see from the video list above, there really isn’t anything particularly special about them. Now, there’s a very slim chance that these videos may actually contain the secret to true success, but seeing as how Stefan Dessalines’s online presence is limited to his association with OPM—I’m not willing to give him nor OPM the benefit of the doubt.

What Does It Cost to Join OPM Wealth?

To get in on all this OPM goodness doesn’t cost a thing. That is, you can make a free account and gain access to introductory videos about OPM, how OPM’s system works, and how to get started.

However, if you want to begin earning money with OPM, you need to purchase one of the Wealth Packages.

  • Hermes @ $2,000
  • Apollo @ $5,000
  • Athena @ $8,500
  • Poseidon @ $14,500
  • Zeus @ $27,500

It’s pretty clear that joining OPM isn’t cheap, but like anything in life, it takes a certain level of commitment to start making money on your own. To use Stefan’s words, “the program is not for wimps!”

What do you get for your money? Training courses and the prospect of earning commissions through an MLM unilevel compensation plan.

How Do You Make Money with OPM Wealth?

Assuming you’re not a “wimp” and have dished out between $2,000 and $27,500 to join OPM Wealth’s program, here’s how you can begin to make your money back.

OPM Wealth pays you for every member you recruit and for every newly recruited member through your group. Your commissions stop at the second level, but even I have to admit that the commission plan is mighty tempting. Here’s a quick overview of what your earning potentials are.

  • Hermes gets $1,200 commission on Level 1, $200 on Level 2
  • Apollo gets $3,000 commission on Level 1, $500 on Level 2
  • Athena gets $5,100 commission on Level 1, $850 on Level 2
  • Poseidon gets $8,700 commission on Level 1, $1,450 on Level 2
  • Zeus gets $16,500 commission on Level 1, $2,750 on Level 2

Also, you should know that your commissions are only valid when your direct or indirect recruits purchase the same Wealth Package as yourself. For example, if you went with the Hermes Package and your direct recruit chooses Zeus, you earn nothing. Basically, you need to purchase every package to maximize your earnings potential.

Your commissions are paid out at any time you like in the form of Bitcoin, Litecoin, or Ethereum.

What I Like About OPM Wealth (Pros)

After thoroughly researching OPM Wealth, here’s my rundown of why it might be a good idea to join.

Excellent Earnings Potential

Even I can’t ignore the potential of how much you can make through OPM Wealth. The percentages are incredibly high, even at Level 2, and they 24-hour payouts in your choice of crypto sweetens the deal even further. If you know how to sell to people and are able to recruit a team of real go-getters, this is a fantastic opportunity.

What I Dislike About OPM Wealth (Cons)

But let’s be real for a moment. For the one pro OPM Wealth has, there are multiple cons that follow.

Expensive to Join

So, the idea is to begin making money by dishing out at least $2,000 for instructional videos on how to succeed in business. And if you succeeded in recruiting a person who purchased a Wealth Package different from yours, then you can kiss your potential commission goodbye. That is, unless you registered for every Package, which adds up to an astronomical $57,500 to maximize your earnings.

Worthless Videos

Every single video that OPM Wealth offers after you’ve purchased a Wealth Package can be found online. Except, perhaps, Steps 1 and 2, but is it really worth spending $2,000 for the same videos you’ll only watch once or twice before you’ve gotten the gist? I don’t think so.

No Product Offering

For an MLM organization to legally run in the US, it has to offer a tangible product with real value, even though they are sold at inflated prices. OPM Wealth does not follow this rule and is therefore barred from operating in any of the 50 states.

Recruitment-Only Compensation Plan

The only way to make money is by recruiting others to join OPM Wealth. This makes the company, by definition, a pyramid scheme on the verge of Ponzi-ness. No pyramid/Ponzi scheme is sustainable, and it’s only a matter of time before the inflow of money stops and Stefan has left the country.

Verdict: It’s A High-Ticket Pyramid MLM

I’m not going to lie to you; you can make money through high-ticket systems like OPM Wealth. However, it’s just not the right thing to do. First, you’re tricking yourself into following a pyramid scheme. Second, you’re forced to recruit others into the pyramid scheme to make your investment back.

It’s true what they say—you gotta spend money to make money— but $2,000 at least to join a nonsensical idea of using other people’s money to earn a six-figure income in twelve months is beyond ridiculous.

OPM Wealth is not even a unique concept. Before, we had to endure the constant invites to join MOBE and Digital Attitude, but then they received a “STOP WHAT YOU’RE DOING” order from the FTC for their obvious pyramidical ploy. I can only pray that OPM goes down the same way—it’s a lot better than the alternative (unsustainability leads to Stefan skipping town).

In a way, it is scarily close to being a scam, just like FM World and Ascira.

If you really want to earn some honest scratch on the side, then I highly recommend you spend some time studying affiliate marketing. Through affiliate programs, you promote other people’s products on your website or blog and earn a cut of the profits for every sale you helped create. It’s good, clean money, and tens of thousands of people have turned affiliate marketing into full-time jobs.

Also, you don’t need to pay $2,000 to start building an affiliate website or get started with this training program.
